Bill is experienced in the analysis, organization and implementation of business ventures, and has training and extensive knowledge in technology and intellectual property assessment and management, program management, project negotiations and joint venturing.
He has held increasingly responsible positions with General Dynamics, McDonnell Douglas Corporation and Lockheed Martin Corporation, and has had numerous assignments in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
Prior to beginning the Nordic American Group of businesses in 2000, Mr. Nunn served as Vice President – Nordic Region, Lockheed Martin Corporation, with responsibilities for winning and executing major defense programs across the region, and for the development and execution of numerous technology related business projects.
In 2000, he created Nordic American as a business creation and technology development firm which actively participates in the development and growth of advanced technology based companies, and takes them into the North American marketplace. Mr. Nunn is the Chief Executive Officer of the Nordic American Group of companies.
He is a graduate of Kentucky Military Institute, and holds a degree in Business Management from Embry Riddle University.

Tim’s role is to assist CEO on the project. Extensive project design experience, coordinate strategic efforts between Precision Waste Conversion (parent company) and carbonGATEWAY, Inc. subsidiary.
Tim also assists in funding efforts for both entities and oversees financial aspects of both companies.
He Continuously monitors market(s) and competitive environment in order to provide direction for selection and deployment of projects on a global perspective.
Responsible for assuring financial management of both companies to maintain stability with flexibility..

Key elements of success will be proper positioning of the company within each industry sector and assuring that all undertakings are economically viable while providing environmental benefit.
Specific responsibilities for which Chaz is prepared involve strategic planning, revenue generation, team building and customer support. The last item is based on a business model philosophy that top management should try to never be more than 3-degrees of separation from the end-user. Therefore, day-to-day decision rights are pushed downward to the front line, customer-facing project managers.
Grounded on extensive experience in start-ups, sales, sales management, marketing and distribution, Chaz underscores it all as a former naval aviator (A-4’s) in the United States Marine Corps.
Educational background is a BA in History from the University of Maryland and graduate MBA work at UCLA and Cal State, Long Beach.
